Description: Joker captures Robin and Nightwing and used the new version of "Venus" drug, "Discordia", to transform them into his new girls, Mocking Jane and Nightlaugh... though Harley didn't like the idea.

However, I then decided to turn it into a joke with the appearance of Harley to punish the Joker for adding more girls to the team.
